Three things are required to build the insurance estimate: the scope of loss, a completed inspection form, and a roof measurement report. If any of the three is missing, the estimate does not get built.

Anything the adjuster missed, code items, layers, steep or two story, gutters, decking, and anything special you need with this estimate.

Three full estimates are built by default: GAF Timberline HDZ, GAF Natural Shadow, and PABCO. Anything outside those three has to be requested here specifically.

Target turnaround on the itemized invoice is less than one business day.
